About these terms

These terms apply when you use amfuels.co.uk or buy products from AM Fuels. Please read the product information, delivery details and these terms before placing an order.

Products and availability

We aim to describe products accurately. Fuel is a natural product, so appearance, piece size and exact bag contents can vary within the specifications stated on the product page. All orders are subject to availability.

Prices and payment

Prices shown at checkout are the prices payable for the order, including any delivery charge displayed before payment. Online card payments are processed securely through Stripe.

Order acceptance

Submitting an order is an offer to buy. We may contact you if a product is unavailable, delivery is not possible to the supplied address, or the order details need clarification. If we cannot accept an order after payment, we will arrange the appropriate refund.

Delivery

We deliver to selected NN, PE and LE postcode districts. Free local delivery applies to qualifying orders over £80; a £10 local delivery charge applies below that threshold. We aim to deliver within five working days. Access, timing and the final delivery point may need to be agreed by phone or text.

Changes, cancellations and returns

If you need to change or cancel an order, contact us promptly. Where delivery has already been arranged or completed, the available options may depend on the product condition and the circumstances. Keep fuel unused, dry and unchanged while we review a return request.

Damaged or incorrect orders

Please check your delivery and contact us promptly if something is damaged, missing or incorrect. Photographs can help us resolve the issue quickly.

Using the website

You may use this website for lawful personal or business purchasing. Website content, availability and prices may be updated without notice. We are not responsible for interruptions outside our reasonable control.

Your legal rights

Nothing in these terms limits rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded. Your statutory rights are unaffected.
